The vintage "Tersandre" from Domaine des Homs is an organic wine from a soil of 3ha composed with local angular pebbles and clay leached. The climate is Mediterranean. Average yield is 45 hl / ha.
Vinification: Manual harvest with double sorting, full and selective stemming, maceration of a fortnight with punching ensure maximum extraction of tannins and coloring matter, malolactic fermentation. The wines are then aged half in concrete tank during 6 months.

The Domaine des Homs is located on an ancient roman farm in the heart of Minervois, where vines were cultivated on a famous wine “terroir”. The vineyard of 20 hectares has been managed by the Crozals family for three generations. The Domaine des Homs, grown in organic farming, is located on quaternary land, sandy loam on schist soils with a mediterranean climate. The maintenance of soil is done by plowing and the use of natural organic fertilizers. Average production is of 39 hl / ha.
In the cellar, the greatest care is taken: hand picking, sorting on carpet, long maceration with indigenous yeasts, and pumping, separation of free run juice and press juice, limited employment and fractionated sulfur and aging oak barrels.
The wines are rich and powerful while maintaining an elegance that makes the reputation of the vineyard.
