- Champagne - Sparkling - 75cl
- Appearance : silvery gold, slightly pink reflections
- Nose : complex with aromas of almond, citrus, white flowers and honey
- Palate : fresh attack, beautiful substance and good balance, acidulous and mineral finish
The opinion of Vignapart : "Litote is a champagne that opens with complex aromas of almond, citrus, white flowers and honey invite you to taste it. On the palate, the fresh attack is followed by a beautiful material and a beautiful balance, which highlight the quality of the champagne. The tangy and mineral finish brings a note of freshness which perfectly completes the whole."

Champagne Pascal Lejeune is a brand created in 1995 under the impetus of Pascal and Sandrine, who come from a long line of Champagne winegrowers. Soon, the couple began a dynamic of environmentally friendly cultivation. They are among the first champenois to plant selected species of herbs in the rows of vines. Manual work from pruning to trellising shows the benefits of all this care for our vines: maintaining biodiversity, protecting the soil, limiting erosion, developing roots...
The family house is certified "Sustainable viticulture in Champagne" and "High Environmental Value". The use of plant protection products is reduced to a strict minimum when conditions are too difficult.
The champagnes produced are generous and authentic, with Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as the main grape varieties.
