The opinion of Vignapart : " The Coteau d'Aix-en-Provence from Hecht & Bannier is an organic gourmet rosé wine typical of Provence with a limpid robe, great freshness and remarkable balance. This cuvée plays pleasantly well between fruity aromas and tangy hint, a real pleasure as an aperitif. "

Description

Hecht et Bannier is the first trading and aging house dedicated to wines from the south of France, Languedoc and Roussillon in the lead. Created in 2002 by Gregory Hecht and François Bannier, it has been expanding recently in Provence, in the Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations. Each year, Hecht and Bannier visit over a hundred producers from each appellation, to select only the best wines. The wines most often come from the freshest vineyards where it is not uncommon to find vines aged over a hundred years.
