It results from it a wine developing a complex bouquet of aromas (black fruits, peel, forest) where the soil expresses itself completely. One of the most beautiful Cahors where we tasted."

Clos Troteligotte is a family vineyard since 1987 located at land in altitude with a calcareous-clay-siderolithic soil - a red clay soil composed of limestone and is rich in iron - atypical on the denomination of Cahors. Christian and Emmanuel Rybinsk run this vineyard of 12 hectares that produces Malbec (90%) and Merlot (10%).
Respect for the land has always been a priority. They committed to respectful farming in 2001 by joining the network FARRE and they are certified in Organic Agriculture (Ecocert) since 2011. Over the years the family Rybinsk conducted a plot selection based on the rich iron soil that is found in their choice of wines. This unique “terroir” for the Cahors appellation produces outstanding wines with original tags!
