Domaine Millet

The Millet estate was created in the 1980s with Philippe Millet, who converted into a wine estate after learning that his land was eligible for the Petit Chablis AOC. These are the 9 hectares of small Chablis vines that the Millet estate was created. Thereafter, it will expand with the AOC Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin.

Today, Philippe Millet's children take care of the estate, which now has 14 hectares of vines and aims to produce beautiful grapes in order to produce fine and elegant wines that are representative of the Chablis terroir.
