Description

Isabelle and Franck Pascal are motivated by a real personal commitment to give origin to their champagnes. They understand the nature and they work of winemakers registers in a system accepted by the environment.

Frank began to produce his first wines of Pinot Meunier in 1994. His philosophy engaged him on the biological agriculture since 1998 then on the biodynamic agriculture in 2002.

Since 20 years ago, the couple works with the best experts, takes up-to-date training courses on the biodynamic agriculture and transposes their knowledge to work in the best interest of the environment, their “terroir” and their champagnes.

Their 7 hectare vineyard is distributed on 6 municipalities of the right side of the Valley of the Marne. Isabelle and Franck Pascal try to understand the vineyard as they do the wine to produce grapes of the best possible quality. They create champagnes of character, precise, vinous and of a good maturity that delight the most demanding champagne’s lovers.
