The opinion of Vignapart : " The vintage Gewurtzraminer Gd Cru Pfingstberg reflects perfectly its terroir marno-grèseux renowned for its ageing wines. This golden yellow wine expresses varietal aromas on the rose and the spices discreet but fine. From the attack, it shows its roundness while remaining well-balanced. We can uncork it now and  let it improve another 10 - 15 years in cellar."

Vinyard: the vines respect the Alsatian tradition trellis systems with high vines conduct. Size of the vine is made with a double Guyot pruning. The vineyard is in organic farming since 2007 (Ecocert control). The harvesting is manual
