The Domaine des Terres Blanches, of the AOC Baux de Provence, is located on the bottom of the Alpilles in the commune of of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.The environment is very favorable to the practice of the biological agriculture and this one is practiced from the year 1970. Noël Michelin decided that the Domaine des Terres Blanches should cultivate from the beginning without artificial fertilizers, without insecticides of synthesis, without herbicides.Today, the vineyard proposes pure and elegant wines with a unique style, from a "Bio - active" agriculture that allows to blend the equilibrium among the nature and the production’s needs.
